  1. Introduction
  1. These terms and conditions set forth the terms under which Barnab Limited ("Service Provider") agrees to provide services to the Client ("You") in connection with the generation and preparation of government applications.

  1. Scope of Services
  1. The Service Provider offers assistance in the preparation of various government applications.

  1. The Service Provider cannot guarantee the outcome of any application. While Barnab will use its best efforts to ensure that applications are complete and in line with the information provided by the Client, the ultimate decision rests with the relevant authorities, and Barnab has no control over their decision-making process.

  1. Upon the receipt of all the necessary information from the Client, the Service Provider will use reasonable efforts to complete the preparation of the relevant documents for the purposes of the application within 1-2 working days. This timeline refers only to the preparation of the documentation for the purposes of the application and does not include the period during which the relevant authorities consider or grant the application. Timelines may also be affected by factors beyond the Service Provider's control, such as delays from third parties (e.g., councils or embassies).

  1. Payment terms are as follows:

    • Payment must be completed before the service is provided.

    • The submission of applications is conditional upon receiving all fees.

  1. Unless otherwise agreed in written communications between the Service Provider and the Client, the Client is responsible for paying any application fees required by the council, government bodies, or third parties such as newspapers.

  1. Refund Policy
  1. Refunds are only available in cases where Barnab has failed to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in this contract. No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully completed, or if an application is rejected due to inaccuracies in the information provided by the Client or due to the decision of the relevant authority.

  1. Client Responsibilities
  1. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information and documentation required for the application process. The Client must also ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

  1. Liability
  1. The Service Provider's liability under this contract shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client. The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by authorities or third parties, including but not limited to government bodies, councils, or embassies, which may result in the rejection or delay of the application.

  1. Termination
  1. Either party may terminate this contract with written notice via email at any time, or if the other party breaches the contract terms and fails to rectify the breach within 7 days of written notification.

  1. Dispute Resolution
  1. Any disputes arising under this contract will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Amendments
