Citizens from specific non-EU countries require a Schengen visa. Check the EU list of countries (https://home-affairs.ec.europa.eu/policies/schengen-borders-and-visa/visa-policy/applying-schengen-visa_en) to determine if you need one.

Apply at the consulate of the Schengen country you plan to visit. If visiting multiple countries, apply at the consulate of the main destination or the first country you will enter.

To get your visa, you need to book an appointment with the embassy through visa centres like VFS Global or TLS Contact. However, this isn’t as simple as it sounds. Appointment slots are limited and only released on random days, so even if you’re ready to book, there might not be any slots available—sometimes for a few days, sometimes for weeks!

When new slots do become available, they are quickly taken on a first-come, first-served basis, making it stressful to secure one. Fortunately, with our Full Agent service, we handle all of this for you!

Our service fee is £50 for the Fast Track service and £100 for the Full Agent service. Full Agent covers everything: preparation of your application form, booking of consulate appointment, guidance on and review of your supporting documents. Fast Track covers everything except for appointment booking.

In addition to our fees, there is the embassy fee for a Schengen visa (€90 for adults and €45 for children, aged 6 to 12). The visa centre will also charge a £30 fee for your consulate appointment (this covers things like your fingerprint collection).

Standard processing takes 15 calendar days. Extended Processing may take up to 45 days if further documentation or investigation is required.
